Diagnosis and treatment can upend everything — your body, your routine, your sense of who you are.
This small group gives you a place to be understood, practical tools for the anxiety and fear that
come with cancer, and the company of women walking the same road. Facilitated by a clinical
psychologist, grounded in real research.

What this group gives you

  • Less anxiety and day-to-day worry
  • Less fear of the cancer coming back
  • A better quality of life, sooner
  • Real tools for coping — not just talking about it
  • A steady, supportive circle who understand

How we get there

  • Steadying strong emotions when they spike
  • Untangling anxious or unhelpful thoughts
  • Reconnecting with what matters most to you
  • Calming your body and nervous system

A facilitated, skills-based group for a small circle of women — alongside, not instead of, your own therapy or medical care if you have it.
